Bao Living has developed a revolutionary modular system called SAM, which integrates all the essential facilities for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. What makes it unique is that this system is fully circular, it can be disassembled and repurposed after use. This can significantly extend the life cycle of building materials. It aligns perfectly with our vision of making the construction industry more sustainable.

This tool will help architects and contractors calculate prices in real time and determine the most efficient layout for their modular systems. This is a huge step toward a smarter and more sustainable construction industry.
In addition, they are extending their circular model, where customers get a portion of the purchase price back after using the SAM modules. This makes the solution not only environmentally friendly, but also more financially attractive to users.
